1.- Group classes cannot be recovered.

2.- Classes previously booked as a group at an established time cannot be changed to another time.

3.- Classes contracted in a specific subject cannot be changed to another subject.

4.- Private classes will only be recovered with 48 hours’ notice.

5.- The Center reserves the right to change teachers at any time, committing to not harm the pedagogical monitoring of the classes.

6.- The Center will not return the money for the contracted or reserved classes, although it will keep the remaining hours for a period of one year, as long as the student reports the facts to the secretary’s office by filling out a report.

7.- Group classes cannot be changed to individuals.
